MAJ Companies is made up of a team of individuals dedicated to serving the aftermarket consulting needs of auto dealers throughout the United States. Our clients include some of the most successful dealerships in the motor vehicle industry.
Each of the team member has a specific area of expertise. Those specialties include: aftermarket program and contract analysis, compliance and regulatory oversight and in-dealership training and development. All areas of the process work in tandem- each company supports and complements the other.
Our Team
Mike Jardina is President of MAJ Consulting, Inc. located in Midlothian, VA. Mike has served the needs of auto dealers for over 30 years. Mike currently manages relationships with some of the country's highest profile dealers. He has successfully implemented turn-around plans for large producing dealer groups with less than productive F&I aftermarket programs and is personally responsible for returning those groups to profitability.

Sid Vance is President and CEO of MAJ Companies and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sid is a senior sales executive with over 25 years in the Automobile Aftermarket industry in addition to over 10 years of in-dealership retail experience. Specific area of expertise in dealer reinsurance programs, contract evaluation and product development. Extensive product and industry knowledge coupled with creative ideas for product applications and a solid history of sales success.
After over 40 years as a senior executive with a major corporate F&I provider, Mike finally retired. That lasted for exactly one day! We are excited to have Mike on our team. He will continue to assist us with client development, field operations and strategic planning and generally just keep us on track.

Paul is President of CBC Associates, LLC based in Salem VA. Paul has 15 years retail dealership experience and 16 years in the automobile aftermarket industry. This combination allows Paul to tailor specific products, training and servicing for his clients.
Experienced automotive professional with a demonstrated history maximizing finance department profitability while streamlining processes and procedures. Skilled in relationship building, consultative selling, and problem solving. Able to maintain superior customer satisfaction in a fast paced, highly competitive environment.
Chari Fogel is President of Chari Fogel Associates based in Columbus, OH. Chari Fogel Associates, Inc. is a training company specializing in automotive F & I, financial institution sales training, sales management and leadership training. With more than twenty five year’s experience in the automotive field, Chari is considered a training and development expert. She is often published in industry periodicals including F & / Management and Technology.
Mark Solari is founder and President of Solari Associates, LLC located in Roanoke, VA. Mark has a combined 24 years of retail and F&I development experience to handle as every aspect of finance department training and profit building. His military experience in the US Army has also taught him attention to detail. Profit maximization without compromising compliance is possible and with Mark’s unique skillset assisting, his clients experience it daily.
Jay Jordan is the President of J Jordan Associates LLC based out of North GA. With an arsenal of over 25 years of retail dealership experience he has gained the knowledge and expertise to develop and grow your finance department in all areas. Always keeping the dealer’s number one interests in mind, he is committed to maximizing profit while keeping your team compliant.
With many years as an office administrator, Laura is uniquely qualified to assist in the most complex of issues. From database management, business analytics and customer support, Laura excels at every area of office management.
