Mike Jardina is President of MAJ Consulting, Inc. located in Midlothian, VA. Mike has served the needs of auto dealers for over 30 years. Mike currently manages relationships with some of the country's highest profile dealers. He has successfully implemented turn-around plans for large producing dealer groups with less than productive F&I aftermarket programs and is personally responsible for returning those groups to profitability.
Sid Vance is President and CEO of MAJ Companies and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sid is a senior sales executive with over 25 years in the Automobile Aftermarket industry in addition to over 10 years of in-dealership retail experience. Specific area of expertise in dealer reinsurance programs, contract evaluation and product development. Extensive product and industry knowledge coupled with creative ideas for product applications and a solid history of sales success.

After over 40 years as a senior executive with a major corporate F&I provider, Mike finally retired. That lasted for exactly one day! We are excited to have Mike on our team. He will continue to assist us with client development, field operations and strategic planning and generally just keep us on track.

He currently manages several dealer groups throughout the Eastern United States. Bob has in-depth experience in all aspects of F&I training, sales management and process improvement
Chari Fogel is President of Chari Fogel Associates based in Columbus, OH. Chari Fogel Associates, Inc. is a training company specializing in automotive F & I, financial institution sales training, sales management and leadership training. With more than twenty five year’s experience in the automotive field, Chari is considered a training and development expert. She is often published in industry periodicals including F & / Management and Technology.
